Stakeholders from the Ministry of Works and Transport, Uganda Martyrs Housing and Construction Company Limited, Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) and National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) inspected the ongoing construction of security roads to assess the works progress.
