The newly appointed French Defence Attaché to Uganda, Lieutenant Colonel Sébastien Berger, paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, this afternoon.
The introductory meeting was held at the Special Forces Command Headquarters in Entebbe.
Lieutenant Colonel Berger was accompanied by his deputy, Lieutenant Colonel E. Desroche.
During the meeting, General Kainerugaba commended the existing military cooperation between Uganda and France. He pledged to continue working together to advance mutual security interests.
Similarly, the French officers reaffirmed their commitment to deepening the strategic defense partnership with the UPDF.
