Gen Kainerugaba Delivers President Museveni’s Message To South Africa’s Ramaphosa

The Chief of Defence Forces of the UPDF, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba yesterday met with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, delivering an important message from Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
