Ambassador Salah S Hammad, a senior human rights expert at the African Union Commission, accompanied by the Executive Director African Freedom of Information Centre, Mr Gilbert Sendugwa paid a courtesy visit to the Defence Spokesperson Brig Gen Kulayigye Felix today in Mbuya.
He reiterated UPDF’s commitment to working with African Union and key stakeholders that are interested in the peace and development of Uganda to access the information they require.
