Maj Patrick Ocitti Staff Officer Transport at Chieftaincy of Logistics and Engineering, today at the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs in Mbuya, received Crestram bins from Crest Tank Limited presented by the General Manager, Mr. Ajay Jain.
This was in response to the call made to the various partners of the Defence Forces by the Chief of Defence Forces, Gen Wilson Mbadi to support the ongoing Tarehe Sita activities which are being carried out in Busoga Sub-region.
Mr. Ajay Jain commended the UPDF on its tremendous job in ensuring peace and stability in the country which enabled business to boom resulting in the country’s economic growth.
He also appreciated the Force for maintaining a good relationship with the company which has lasted for over ten (10) years, while describing the company’s gesture as an effort to strengthen their vision of Enriching the lives of people through providing quality products manufactured from non-toxic materials.
Col. Patrick Ocitti thanked the General Manager for the gifts received, for answering the CDF’s call and for their continued support towards the UPDF and their activities.
He further assured the company representatives that the received items shall be delivered to the people of Busoga region who are currently the beneficiaries of the 43rd Tarehe Sita celebration activities.
