Burial Program For Hon. Sarah Mateke Nyirabashitsi

The MODVA and the entire UPDF family extend our condolences to the family, friends and constituents of the late Honourable Nyirabashitsi Sarah Mateke.

The burial arrangements are as follows:

The body of the late Hon. Sarah Mateke Nyirabashitsi will be transported to Parliament for prayers and a vigil from 2:00p.m.

Thereafter, the body will be transported to her residence in Nsangi, Wakiso District.

Tuesday, 10

September 2024

Church Service at All Saints’ Cathedral, Kampala at 8:00 a.m.

Thereafter, the body will be transported to Parliament for viewing by Members of Parliament and the public at 12:00 Noon. Parliament will hold a Special Sitting at 2:00 p.m. to pay tribute to the late Hon. Sarah Mateke

Nyirabashitsi.

Wednesday,

11 September

2024

The body will be transported to Nyakabingo, Kisoro District at 9:00a.m. Council Session at 2:00 p.m. to pay tribute to the late Hon. Sarah Mateke Nyirabashitsi. Church Service at 4:00 p.m.

Overnight vigil.

Thursday, 12

September 2024

Church Service at Nyakabingo Kisoro District.

Burial.

May the soul of the late Hon. Sarah Mateke Nyirabashitsi rest in eternal peace.
