Gen Kainerugaba commended the Indian team for their contributions to the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) during their tenure.
He also expressed gratitude for their dedicated support in enhancing training programmes and strengthening bilateral military cooperation.
In response, Brig Gen Fogat thanked Gen Kainerugaba for the warm hospitality and collaborative engagement throughout their deployment.
He highlighted the CDF’s hands-on involvement in advancing training standards within the UPDF.
