Speaking during the weekly Monday Baraza at the Division Headquarters in Gulu, Maj Gen Busizoori reminded troops that disregarding the army’s code of conduct not only threatens their future but also undermines the integrity of the force.
Maj Gen Busizoori also stressed the need for physical fitness, calling it “essential for individual advancement and national service.” He encouraged troops to prioritise their health as a cornerstone of effective service.
The gathering was attended by both senior and junior officers, departmental heads, and rank-and-file militants.
